Sachajuan is an über cult brand that’s been doing the rounds on Instagram for a while. As well as Scandi-minimal, unisex branding – they have been much lauded for their ingredients, as well as the pretty bottles they come in.

They’re all about Scandi simplicity
Devoid of scientific jargon, the brand doesn’t make outlandish claims – instead the spiel are simple and straight-forward, that all products are developed to cleanse and nourish the hair. The formulations star their algae-derived “ocean silk technology” – a nourishing hit of proteins and minerals to give your locks some extra loving.

They come with Stockhölm’s stamp of approval
Sachajuan was started out by Swedish catwalk hairstylists – and big names on the fashion circuit – Sacha Mitic and Juan Rosenlind (hence “Sachajuan” – get it?). They first opened their salon, where the great and the good of Stockhölm soon travelled in their droves to get their tresses trimmed and treated. The product range followed in 2004 and the buzz has amassed ever since.

Their Curl Care range is a shampoo, conditioner and treatment trio designed to eliminate frizz and rehydrate with moisturising wheat proteins and conditioning polymers that are ideal for any kind of curly, coily or kinky hair. Hurrah!

Seriously, the packaging is what “shelfies” were invented for. The only drawback is that with the non-gendered branding we can’t promise that any men in your house won’t help themselves to it too …
