Terms & Rules

1. Spell Magazine is registered to Feme Ltd, 6 Jubilee Way, Wimbledon SW19 3XD
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 and over
3. There is no entry fee or purchase to enter this competition
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person
5. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday 31st January 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted
6. By entering this competition, an entrant is confirming that they consent to being contacted via email with any marketing or promotional emails sent by Spell Magazine. The entrant can unsubscribe at any time. By entering the competition, entrants agree that their information may be used by the promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and terms and condition. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
8. The prize is as follows: the winner will receive one year’s supply of hair via Spell Beauty. Each month for 12 months an order can be placed to the value of up to £60 using an allocated code. If the value is exceeded, the outstanding balance must be paid for. The balance will be reset every month and not carried over. Next day delivery will be applicable to all 12 orders.
9. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
10. The prizes are not transferable and does not include the ‘Haircare’ category.
11. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen at random by software. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/FaceBook within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Spell Magazine. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
