Black Archives features imagery dating back as the 1930s, often provoking comments from those who remember, or have some connection to, the people and places in the pictures.

For your daily dose of fashion inspo, you need to be following Georgia Medley, a London-based celebrity stylist with over 10 years in the fashion industry under her belt (hence her own elevated personal style). She has worked with the likes of Michaela Coel, Maya Jama and, the fashion icon herself, Janet Jackson. Follow for style ideas and the lowdown on the hottest designers.


Adéṣayọ̀ Tàlàbí

You might have come across one of her many viral spoken word videos during lockdown, a time when we all needed a laugh. While sharing her satire with the world, 25-year-old Adéṣayọ̀ Tàlàbí shared that her poetry helped her grieve the loss of her sister to sickle cell disease. A women not only willing to share her talents, but also to bring awareness to an illness that effects predominantly those of African and Caribbean heritage, is one worth checking out.
