There’s been a lot of buzz surrounding the launch of Tracee Ellis Ross’ natural hair care range, Pattern Beauty. Its artsy packaging and stylishly curated Instagram feed definitely added to the hype. But is it really all that?
Youtuber NaturallyPhilo said the Heavy Conditioner designed for type four hair ‘needed more slip’ while blogger WillOnAWhim loved the shampoo but was not impressed that silicone ‘is all up in the thang’. IAMTREAH also commented on the shampoo, saying it made her type 4 natural hair feel ‘stripped’.
So, a couple months after its launch, it seems the jury is still out. Have you tried it yet?
